Opacity, Low weight and high durability make canvas ideal for applications requiring strong protection from the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation, rain, snow, and wind. Surely, the need to sew woven cloth panels together was realized at the same time as the invention of the weaving process itself. At Patuxent River Canvas, happily practice this ancient art.
We specialize in custom fabrication and repair of bimini tops, dodgers, sail covers, cushions, all types of boat covers, and enclosures featuring vinyl 'glass' for powerboats and sailing craft. We deliver only products that we'd be proud to have aboard our own vessel. Our hailing port is Patuxent River, MD and our loft is located just a bit North of St. Mary's City.
